My final piece

As I was unable to show my costume to the class in person I have created a slideshow of me wearing the costume and the costume will be included in the portfolio along with a copy of the slideshow.  However I feel that the wings are unsuitable to be handed in so it will only be the dress as proof of my work and the wings can be seen in my video. Overall I am happy with how my project turned although there were problems along the way. As a final word on artist insperation I would like to say that cosplayers are all artists in their own right as they don't simpkly dress up they recreated the character and this is very difficult to do. I would like to dedicate this project to all cosplayers and anime fans.

Final piece idea

 

For my final piece I have decided to make a cosplay costume and present like you would in a competition at an anime expo. I put a lot of thought in to what anime character I would cosplay. In the end I went for a character I thought I could easily make a costume for and who I like. The character I will cosplay as is firey from the anime cardcaptors!
